How was the author inspired to create the style of artwork?

It is the lack of collectivism living in a capitalist society such as the UK in comparison to China’s progress such as faster transport networks as a more socialist nation, that has led me to create visions of how our urbanised areas could be better developed by harnessing renewable energy and infrastructure that combats against climate change.

Infrastructure designs and the fascination of human anatomy I have learned through rehabilitation with physiotherapists as an amateur athlete, as well as my interest in Salvor Dali’s style of surreal creative art that has led me to produce the style of cryptic messaging hidden in the concept drawings, like Caravaggio’s art work. In a few of my drawings I tried to create concept art work which was influenced by human anatomy being a metaphor of how we are using the Earth’s resources.
